Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering or Master of Science in Physics / Chemistry / Environmental Science (With Mathematics up to Bachelor level) passed candidates are eligible for this course. Minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% aggregate marks for General and CGPA of 6.0 or 55% aggregate marks for SC/ST Candidates. Selection of Candidates will be done on the basic of GATE Score, marks obtained in last qualifying examinations and interview. A valid GATE score is mandatory for grant of Scholarship (Rs.8000/- Per month at present) As Per AICTE norms. GATE score is not mandatory for sponsored / self financing candidates.
