O.    Assam Agricultural University: For admission in to the M.V.Sc programme in Animal Biotechnology, a candidate has to pass B.V.Sc & A.H. from a recognized university securing a minimum OGPA of 7.00 in 10.00 scale or equivalent. In case of SC / ST candidates the minimum requirement of OGPA is relaxable to 6.50 in 10.00 scale

There is a provision for awarding institutional fellowship to selected candidates @ Rs. 10,500/- per month and Rs.1000/-to the in-service candidates from ICAR institutes / SAUs / CAU but there is no provision for institutional fellowship for the selected candidates from State Fisheries Department. 5.    Two Year B.Ed. Arts Stream: Candidates who have studied at least one school subject each from English, Hindi, Oriya, Bengali & History, Geography, Political Science, Economics as an elective at +3 arts are eligible for this course.
6.    One year M.Ed.: Candidates who have Post Graduate Degree in Science / arts with at least 50% marks in the aggregate & B.Ed. with 50% marks in the aggregate and in the education component are eligible for this course.
